In this detached building with a quiet, private courtyard, you will find a modern, air-conditioned holiday flat with three lovingly furnished bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. 


The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, faces the quiet inner courtyard and has its own balcony access – ideal for restful nights. Another bedroom, also facing the inner courtyard, is equipped with a practical bunk bed and can sleep two people.

The spacious living room invites you to relax with a pull-out couch that offers additional sleeping space for two guests. It is also furnished with a flat-screen TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Spend cosy hours on the very large terrace, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Castello and the church tower of Muggia at breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. Flat Adriana is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in charming surroundings.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort in the holiday flat.

As our guest, you have a free private car park in the courtyard directly in front of the front door for the duration of your stay. An additional car park can also be booked for 15 euros per day.

The beach by the sea is just a five-minute walk away. The ferry station to Trieste is 200 metres away and there is a taxi rank and bus stop right in front of the building.

Booking information

• The check-in times are from 15:00 to 19:00.
• In case of arrival after 19:00, a late check-in fee will be charged.
• Check-out is until 10:00 on the day of departure.
• A deposit of 20% of the booking costs is due within 7 working days of booking.
  In case of cancellation
  – up to 14 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded.
  – less than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  – less than 2 days before arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be retained
• A deposit of € 200 in cash is required at check-in. This will be returned at the end of the stay and upon proper return of the flat.
• For the provision of the flat, a one-off charge of € 70,- for cleaning and fresh linen will be made at check-in.
  On request, extra linen can be provided free of charge for bookings of more than 5 days.
